Fruit powders are one of the easiest baking flavorings to use. Use as an alternative to typical cake baking supplies such as flavoured oils and essences. They blend more easily into a range of mixtures and because they are in powder form, they mix in well.
 
Use them in:
Biscuits, cakes, muffins, slices, and breads
Butter cream, icing mixtures, frosting or other cake toppings
To flavour cream, yogurt, cream cheese, cottage cheese, tofu, milk (cow, nut, soy) or other dairy alternatives.
Cordials, hot drinks, puddings, ice cream

Our fruit powders are made from 100% Australian fruit juice. They are dried using low temperatures which ensures the nutrients and colour are not damaged. They are then milled to give them a fine powder consistency.
The fruit powder does not contain any additives or fillers
It has a 3-year shelf life. Once opened, make sure you re-seal it carefully and keep in a dry, cool cupboard such as a pantry.
